We began official work on the plane.
Group 1 fire proofed the fuselage with sealant. This was section 29A-03 STEP 7 (FIREWALL SEALANT)
Group 3 attached the wings to check for fit. It took multiple attempts to figure out how to fit them exactly as needed so the wings stayed secured. Wing attachment was section 30.
Group 2 managed by updating the website, organizing parts for the next plans, and checking that the work was completed correctly.
Week 2 (January 13-17)
Group 1 did a second layer of sealant on the places that did not have enough after the management team examined it.
Group 3 took off the wings and then attached the flaperons to each wing. Flaperon attachment was Section 30-04.
Group 2 continued to manage.
Week 3 (January 20-24)
Group 1 finishes attacking pins for section 30-02. They begins Section 31A (WING ELECTRICAL INTERCONNECTOR UPDATE)
Group 3 also aided in Section 31A this week. A lot of learning how to wire correctly took place so it was important everyone understood how to do it.
Group 2 continued to manage by checking that wiring was done correctly with the help of mentors. Updated master plans on completion.

Group 3 continues to work on wiring so Group 1 can move to wheels. Group 3 works on wiring harness (Section 31B).
Group 2 continues to manage and gets ready for switching management teams efficiently as well as looking into flying in planes as a class.
Week 5 (February 3-7)
Group 2 begins work on the airplane while group 3 switches to become the management team.
Group 1 re-tightens the rotor petals with the torque wrench after the wiring is fit through and behind the structure.
